The pan is realized according to artisan techniques which give beauty and durability to the product; the copper is worked through deep-drawing on the lathe, hammer blow to give to the material stability and wear resistance and finally hand tin-plated with 100% pure virgin tin with origin certificate, according HACCP standards for aliments.
