“Borgo Antico” oven

“Borgo Antico” oven made in smooth copper, hand tinned with 100% pure virgin tin with origin certificate according HACCP standards for aliments, made in Italy. The oven in its base has a cast-iron heat spreader; it warms very quickly and it does not need pre-heating; in the upper part there is a knob to control the cooking vapors emission with which one regulates the temperature too, laterally there is a control-eye and a thermometer, while inside there are two floors to allow the cooking of two different dishes at the same time. It’s a tool easy to use, perfect for those who love a cuisine with intense and full flavors. The high quality realization, handmade in Italy according to the ancient techniques of copper masters, ensures to the oven an excellent resistance against impacts, thermal shocks and abrasions.
